By handing over your vehicle to our service providers, you consent to have authorized repairs performed on your car. You also confirm that you have removed all personal items from the vehicle, as CarzFixUp.com cannot be held responsible for any items left in the car during service.

8. 7-Day Warranty

We offer a 7-day warranty on repairs, covering only the specific service performed by our mechanics. This warranty applies only to parts installed by CarzFixUp.com and labour provided by us. Issues arising from unrelated causes or pre-existing conditions are excluded.

9. Customer Consent Requirement

Prior to any repair or maintenance work, our mechanics will discuss the proposed work with you and obtain explicit consent. This is done to ensure transparency and allow you to understand the scope and cost of services.

10. Billing and Payment

Payment for all services must be made to CarzFixUp.com directly, either via online payment methods available on our website or other approved methods provided by our representatives. Please note that all payments are to be made directly to our company, not to individual mechanics or technicians.

Failure to pay within the stipulated timeframe as outlined in your invoice may result in additional charges or suspension of future service.

11. Unauthorized Mechanics and Liability

If you choose to contact any mechanic employed or previously employed by CarzFixUp.com for independent services outside of our official channels, we will not be responsible for the quality, warranty, or any issues arising from such services.

12. Disputes and Resolutions

13. Vehicle Collection and Delivery

14. Vehicle Condition and Customer Responsibilities

You agree to disclose any pre-existing conditions that may impact the service, including mechanical or bodywork issues. CarzFixUp.com will not be responsible for any undisclosed conditions or pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

15. Liability for Damages and Losses
